2020-2021 Scholarship Winners

Caleb Smith is a four-time recipient.  He graduated from both Owasso High School and Oklahoma State University. He is currently continuing his education at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Caleb stated “I have made it my goal now in life to see that I become a part of someone else’s life. I want to be a mentor to students, just as my tutors were to me. I want to support someone’s educational endeavors, just as the Bailey Education Foundation has done for me in the past. I want to be the best physician I can be so that I may honor those who guided me to this point. Most importantly of all, I want to be a part of someone’s future so they too can pay it forward.”

Ronan Locker is a two-time recipient. He was the Owasso High School Valedictorian for the graduating class of 2020.  He is currently pursuing a Biomedical Engineering degree at Stanford University.  Ronan stated “As the recipient of this scholarship last year and a previous employee of the Foundation, I am no stranger to the unmatched generosity and compassion of the Bailey Education Foundation. The Foundation has been instrumental in supporting my education, and gave me the opportunity to realize my dream. With the aid of the Foundation, I am able attend my dream school, which I never envisioned being financially possible.”

Senior at Oklahoma State University.  Collinsville HS graduate. Three-time recipient of the Bailey Education Foundation scholarship. She will be graduating with her Physiology degree to become a Physician's Assistant.
