The Bailey Education Foundation is a 501(c) (3), non-profit organization with a passion for serving Owasso and the surrounding communities by supporting local non-profit organizations.
It could not happen without the

We serve and partner with the Owasso community and the surrounding areas to support the values of furthering education, contribution, and community by providing facilities and various accommodations that promote education, provide scholarships and support local non-profits.
David has been a long time supporter of the Bailey Education Foundation. He joined the BEF Board of Directors in 2021 and served as the Vice President.
Donations made in David's memory to the Bailey Education Foundation will help provide scholarships for continuing education students in the medical, health and science fields. David was passionate about this program and wanted to help grow it so we could change more lives.
Ronan Locker was awarded the Bailey Education Foundation Scholarship and currently attends Stanford University. Ronan tells his story about how the scholarship and his community have impacted his journey.
Caleb Smith was awarded the Bailey Education Foundation Scholarship and currently attends Oklahoma State University Medical School. Caleb tells his story about how the scholarship has helped him continue his education in hopes of becoming a physician.
Shelba Akins was awarded the Bailey Education Foundation Scholarship and currently works as a respiratory therapist. Shelba tells her story about how the scholarship helped her complete the Respiratory Care Program at Tulsa Community College. This program prepared her to work in the Intensive Care Unit at Hillcrest Medical Center and care for COVID patients.
